At Shada Pets, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping information below.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the Republic of South Africa.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

The following shipping costs apply:

  • Orders under R1299: R79 standard shipping
  • Orders R1299 and above: Free standard shipping

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Urban areas: 3–5 business days
  • Outlying or rural areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress online.

Shipping Restrictions

The following restrictions apply:

  • Deliveries are made to physical street addresses within South Africa
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes may not be available, depending on courier limitations

Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier network disruptions, weather conditions, or peak volume periods.
Customers will be notified if significant delays arise.
